Axiomintel, Inc. d/b/a Axiom4Intel

Privacy Policy

  • Effective November 1, 2026

Who we are and what this policy covers

Axiomintel, Inc. (“Axiom4Intel,” “we,” “us”) operates the Axiom4Intel website at axiom4intel.com, the PaiAR™ (Personal AI Accountability Rating) platform, and related features including Connect, fAIls, Inform and Empower (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

For EU and UK data protection law, Axiomintel, Inc. is the controller of the personal information described here. Where we process data on behalf of an enterprise customer under a separate agreement, that customer is the controller and our agreement with them governs.

This policy does not cover the AI products we rate. Those companies have their own privacy practices, which we evaluate but do not control.

We collect only what we need to run the Service, rate AI products, and support our community.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers. Service providers who host, secure, analyze or support the Service under contracts that limit their use of the data. These include providers of cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics.
  • Other users. User Content you choose to post (see Section 5).
  • Your organization. If you use an enterprise account it administers.
  • Legal and safety recipients. When required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of users, the public or Axiom4Intel. This includes reporting child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • A successor. In a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • Enterprise customers. Businesses with enterprise accounts can view, search and analyze posts, comments, images and opinions about their products or companies, shown with the poster’s display name. They do not receive email addresses, account details or billing information.
  • API licensees. We may provide approved organizations with API access to search our data sets. User Content provided through the API has display names and account identifiers removed. Licensees are contractually prohibited from re-identifying users, training AI models on the data, or using it beyond the agreed purpose.
  • Social media platforms. When you choose to share content from the Service. The platform’s own privacy policy then applies.
  • People involved in a content complaint. When you report content, send a removal demand or copyright notice, or appeal a decision, we may share the substance of your complaint, and for removal demands and copyright notices your name and contact details, with the user who posted the content. We share a poster’s response or counter-notice with the person who complained. Reports made through the report link are not shared with the poster in a way that identifies you.

We may publish aggregated or de-identified statistics, for example how often users discuss a given AI product. These cannot reasonably identify you.

User Content and who can see it

News posts, comments, images and opinions you share are visible to all Axiom4Intel account holders. They are not open to the public or indexed by search engines, but users may share them outside the Service. Your display name and profile details you choose to show appear alongside them. Enterprise customers and API licensees can also access User Content, as described in Section 4 and our Conditions for Use.

  • You can choose a display name that is not your real name.
  • You can delete your own posts. Copies may remain in backups for a limited period and in content others have quoted or shared.
  • Posts and images may be reviewed, by automated tools or our team, for compliance with our Conditions for Use.
  • We may retain removed content when needed to investigate abuse, defend legal claims or meet legal obligations. Removed content and related reports, demands and notices are kept as abuse and legal-hold records (see Section 7).
  • Any user can link to or share content from the Service to social media. Copies shared there are outside our control and governed by those platforms’ policies.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure the Service. With your consent where the law requires it, we also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising cookies. Social sharing buttons do not load third-party trackers until you click them.

You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out where applicable law requires.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. The Service is accessible worldwide, so if you use it from another country, your information will be transferred to the US. When we transfer personal information from the EU or UK, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where we or our providers are certified.

These rights apply under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and other state privacy laws where they apply to us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask you to verify your identity.

Residents of other countries

You may have similar rights under your local law. Contact us and we will respond as that law requires.

How to make a request
