Who we are and what this policy covers
Axiomintel, Inc. (“Axiom4Intel,” “we,” “us”) operates the Axiom4Intel website at axiom4intel.com, the PaiAR™ (Personal AI Accountability Rating) platform, and related features including Connect, fAIls, Inform and Empower (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
For EU and UK data protection law, Axiomintel, Inc. is the controller of the personal information described here. Where we process data on behalf of an enterprise customer under a separate agreement, that customer is the controller and our agreement with them governs.
This policy does not cover the AI products we rate. Those companies have their own privacy practices, which we evaluate but do not control.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service, rate AI products, and support our community.

We do not intend to collect sensitive information such as health, financial account, government ID, or biometric data. Do not include it in User Content.

User Content and who can see it
News posts, comments, images and opinions you share are visible to all Axiom4Intel account holders. They are not open to the public or indexed by search engines, but users may share them outside the Service. Your display name and profile details you choose to show appear alongside them. Enterprise customers and API licensees can also access User Content, as described in Section 4 and our Conditions for Use.
- You can choose a display name that is not your real name.
- You can delete your own posts. Copies may remain in backups for a limited period and in content others have quoted or shared.
- Posts and images may be reviewed, by automated tools or our team, for compliance with our Conditions for Use.
- We may retain removed content when needed to investigate abuse, defend legal claims or meet legal obligations. Removed content and related reports, demands and notices are kept as abuse and legal-hold records (see Section 7).
- Any user can link to or share content from the Service to social media. Copies shared there are outside our control and governed by those platforms’ policies.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure the Service. With your consent where the law requires it, we also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising cookies. Social sharing buttons do not load third-party trackers until you click them.
You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out where applicable law requires.

International transfers
We are based in the United States and process data there. The Service is accessible worldwide, so if you use it from another country, your information will be transferred to the US. When we transfer personal information from the EU or UK, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where we or our providers are certified.

These rights apply under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and other state privacy laws where they apply to us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask you to verify your identity.
Residents of other countries
You may have similar rights under your local law. Contact us and we will respond as that law requires.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] or use account settings. We respond within the time the law requires, generally 30 days (EU/UK) or 45 days (US states). If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
